Terms of Service
Last updated: August 6, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VoltVid AI. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. This is placeholder copy and should be replaced with reviewed legal text before public launch.
1. The service
VoltVid AI provides AI-powered video and image generation. Features, models, and limits vary by plan and may change as we improve the product. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the service.
3. Credits and billing
Generations consume credits. Subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over; pay-as-you-go credits never expire. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges — you keep access until the end of the paid period. Failed generations are automatically refunded in credits.
4. Content ownership and license
You own the videos and images you generate on paid plans, including commercial rights. Free plan outputs are watermarked and licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to operate the service.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, impersonates real people without consent, or is designed to deceive. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided 'as is'. AI outputs can be unpredictable; you are responsible for reviewing content before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
